Significance of study
The oil and gas industry is characterized by hazards of various magnitudes due to the nature of its activities, both onshore and offshore. This makes the industry's business operations extremely uncertain. Good risk management, on the other hand, will allow you to employ resources in the most efficient and safe way possible. This necessitates a thorough understanding of how effective risk management may be implemented in practice. As a result, the purpose of this study was to gain a better understanding of the nature and dynamics of employees' perceptions of the dangers connected with major hazard sites, especially in light of recent policy developments and debates on the hazards encountered by oil and gas workers.
