SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
This study will be beneficial to managers of organizations as it stresses the need to implement the strategy of motivation to bring out the best from employees. Motivation may not be the best strategy for effective employee productivity but it enhances the productivity delivered by each employee, hence the need for this study. Also, the findings of this study will reveal the effective ways to communicate motivation to employees that will yield results.
