SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The research is noteworthy in a number of ways. First and foremost, the institution's management will get firsthand information of how employees see politics inside the organization. This will assist them in addressing the weaknesses that the workers have highlighted. The survey will once again show the actual driving causes behind these employee attitudes. This will serve as a foundation for improving or changing strategy. The study will also determine the true impact of these organizational politics views on employee performance. The outcomes of this study will help close the knowledge gap that has been discovered. Finally, the research will add to the body of knowledge on the issue as well as act as a resource for students and other academics working on similar projects.
